Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of services provided by RV Repair Hobe Sound LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By scheduling a service appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Service Appointments

We provide mobile RV repair services within our service area (approximately 25-mile radius from Hobe Sound, FL). Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive at scheduled times but can't guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of mobile service work.

Estimates and Pricing

Phone estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Once we're on site and have diagnosed the issue, we'll provide a firm price before starting any work. You must approve the quoted price before we begin repairs. Prices may change if we discover additional issues during the repair process; we'll always inform you and get approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. We reserve the right to require payment before ordering special-order parts.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed through to you. Warranty doesn't cover issues caused by misuse, modifications by others, or normal wear and tear after the repair.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or issues unrelated to our repair work. We carry general liability insurance and are bonded in the state of Florida.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion.

Scope of Service

We service the living-space systems of recreational vehicles: electrical, plumbing, AC/cooling, solar, roof/seals, slideouts/leveling, appliances, and generator maintenance. We don't perform engine, transmission, chassis, or drivetrain work. Generator service is limited to maintenance (oil, filters, plugs, fuel system, load testing); we don't perform internal generator rebuilds.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us at 772-758-0499 and we'll work to resolve the issue. We believe in fair treatment and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be subject to mediation in Martin County, Florida.
